Never will use any Hilton chain of hotels again. The most unprofessional incident occured with no responsibility taken by the hotel or the manager in regards to the incident. Upon arrival and check in, which was done by my fiancé, as my flight was delayed, not allowing me to be there at check in. Upon getting to our room, when she entered the assigned room, which was late in the day, the room was occupied by another couple, in bed enjoying each others company..understandably, obviously she was startled as well as the couple together in bed. The gentleman in the room yelled a few explicatives and my fiancé flustered hurried out and back to the front desk, which the person took no responsibility. Imagine if her 2 young daughters had been there to witness that or even if the situation had potentially escalated in the room. Once I arrived, with my fiancé still physically affected, the front desk person said speak to the manager in the morning. Speaking to the manager in the morning, she seem disinterested and said she would check into it and contact me back. Never heard back so at checkout she said that since I booked with Hotels.com she couldn't do anything, contact them and she would resolve it through them. Lie, when Hotel.com spoke to manager, she told them NOTHING she could do. Hotels.com said she could have settled at the hotel, they didn't understand why no compensation offered. Legal advice will be sought, my fiancé is still bothered by this most disturbing event! Sad!
