Everything was good except the lunch at your bar. A panini is normally heated/grilled and so is a clubsandwich. Rice salad was not delicuous either. Breakfeast was food however. But the hotel incl garden and pool area is beatiful and staff was nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Really lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff who provided a bespoke and attentive service. Breakfast was truly impressive - even though the hotel was closing down for the winter and there were not many guests staying this late in the season, the breakfast was still impressive and had everything we needed. Beautiful grounds, well cared for. Stunning view of the sea and nearby islands. Pool area felt private. Bedroom was a good size. Hotel is close to San Teodoro (but need a car, not walkable); a couple of small local beaches are walkable. The only downside is that the electrical plug sockets in the bedroom were old-fashioned which meant our modern travel adaptors didn't fit - even the adapter provided by the hotel didn't work! The ultimate question: Would I stay here again? Yes, for sure.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km travel. A superb local beach is within 15min walk from the hotel. The hotel has sea view and a good size pool. A unique selling point for us was the outstanding staff, super friendly and helpful 😊 The quality of food and drinks in the local restaurants is exceptional.

My son and I checked in just for one night's day. The rooms were clean but we're a little outdated. They advertised having a hot tub, but it was not hot at all. But the water was actually colder than the pool water. That was very nice and helpful.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre charmant. L’hôtel est parfaitement entretenu jusque dans les moindres détails, ce qui crée une atmosphère à la fois élégante et apaisante. Le personnel a été absolument adorable, toujours souriant, attentif et disponible, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Cet hôtel 3 étoiles est une pépite, au calme en pleine nature, propreté exceptionnelle, vue sur la mer et île de tavolara. Chambre simple et parfaite, accessible à pieds en 10 min d’une des plus belle plage et la demie pension est fabuleuse beaucoup de fait maison. Bref il mérite 4 étoiles ..nous comptons revenir

Fantastic property, really relaxing, gorgeous gardens, birds and scenery surrounding the hotel. Lovely pool, quiet, away from it all. The food was also fantastic and there was variety every night. The only thing I would say against is that during dinner water is always bottled and is 3.50 Euros - I would have thought from the prices that water could be included, or you could have tap water with your meal, as 3.50 is quite expensive for water. But otherwise as said all was great.

A beautifully situated hotel that is very clean. There are problems that need to be resolved: 1) There is no food available at the hotel beyond breakfast unless you are willing to pay for a five-course meal at 40 euros per head. This needs to be booked in advance and there is no room for spontaneity. 2) The electricity works on a motion sensor when you are in your room and therefore goes on and off. It isn't very satisfactory. 3) The staff are rude and unprepared. I was told I did not have a booking there, even though I had emailed to double-check. After rummaging through the paperwork, she produced it but it was not a pleasant welcome. Staff should know who they are expecting to arrive. 4) You feel that you are bothering everyone when you ask for anything. It's fine if you use just as a base but if you want to stay and eat there it is a BIG thumbs down.

Our second visit to the Costa Caddu, just as amazing as the first 4 years ago. It's not often we stay in the same place twice, but we will definitely come back again. The hotel buildings, and grounds are beautiful, and immaculately kept. The pool area is spacious and peaceful.The inside of the hotel is traditional Sardinian, and very beautiful. We stayed on half board basis, and the meals and service were excellent. All the staff were so friendly, and helpful. The bedrooms are all on ground level, and are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nearest beach 10 minus walk, and it's lovely. It is advisable to have a car, as the hotel is in a quiet area,which is what we like. A big thank you to all the staff at the wonderful Hotel Costa Caddu. ❤️

This is not for family. I asked hot water for kids snacks. It was so difficult to get it because of their regulations, We were not allowed to eat anything at all in the room. If they mentioned it on their website, I would not have chosen this hotel as I have two kids. It was a bit uncomfortable to stay.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile in una vera oasi di pace. La posizione dell’hotel è semplicemente perfetta: affacciato sulla spiaggia di Auledda, intima e suggestiva, e in un punto strategico per scoprire la Costa Smeralda in tutta la sua bellezza. La struttura colpisce subito per la cura dei dettagli: giardini rigogliosi, piante e fiori che incorniciano ogni angolo, una piscina da cartolina. Tutto è pensato per trasmettere relax e armonia. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è il personale. Sempre sorridente, disponibile e autentico, con quel tocco umano che rende ogni interazione speciale. Ricordiamo con affetto Ivana e Andrea, la bagnina: due persone splendide che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La parte culinaria merita un capitolo a sé: colazioni abbondanti e raffinate, con un buffet ricchissimo; cene che ogni sera sorprendevano con piatti diversi, pesce freschissimo e antipasti davvero memorabili. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la qualità delle materie prime e la varietà delle proposte. È difficile trovare un difetto in un’esperienza così. L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda il nostro patio: accanto c’era un generatore che, in alcuni momenti, creava un po’ di rumore e ci ha tolto la possibilità di goderci in pieno qualche serata all’aperto. Le camere sono comunque perfettamente isolate e, a finestre chiuse, non si percepiva nulla. In conclusione: un hotel che ha superato ogni aspettativa!

Strålende fint og rolig hotell. God service hyggelig personale. Fint basseng, bar, restaurant og musikk på kveldene. Greit med leigebil til byen som er 5 min unna, men gratis shuttlebuss går kvar time. Fine strender 500 m unna. Svært nøgd med oppholdet.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Entspannen am Pool, ruhige Anlage. Das Abendessen war okay und das Frühstück für Südeuropäische Verhältnisse in Auswahl ausreichend. Anlage sehr weit außerhalb gelegen. PKW ist wichtig. Strand fussfäufig erreichbar, Kies/Sand gemischt.

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen und daher schön ruhig. Die Anlage ist paradiesisch, sehr gepflegt und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet, die Zeiten dafür allerdings sehr italienisch ;) Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich über unsere Bemühungen italienisch zu sprechen gefreut, da nur die jüngeren Mitarbeiter englisch sprechen. Der einzige Wehmutstropfen ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Wir konnten das Vibrieren des Handys im Zimmer nebenan hören. Trotzdem sind wir immer noch absolut begeistert und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
