Staff were very warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family loved our stay so much. It is right across the Tower of London and you also have the view of Tower Bridge. It’s 3min walk to The Tube (London Train Line) which was fantastic as it was easy for us to go to different tourist spots without worrying about the traffic.
