A very enjoyable 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel, which is within walking distance of Lichfield City Centre (10 minutes). The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Our room was very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Parking is limited space wise, there is on-street parking available if necessary. The bar area is a reasonable size with a good selection of drinks, it has obviously recently been refurbished, it is a comfortable area to sit and chat. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I would happily recommend this hotel for a travelling stop off as well as for a short stay to visit the wonderful city of Lichfield. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The room we had was small but very comfortable and clean.

Think Faulty Towers!! This hotel has charm, character and staff bursting with personalities of all types! It is all the more endearing as it needs updating most everywhere but we will have fond memories of our stay (mainly due to the staff!) and was a great location for the Beacon Park Festival.

Friendly reception, easy check in. They don’t use fitted sheets so it felt like the sheets were not staying on properly. Otherwise great little hotel

Fint overnatningssted, hvis man er i Lichfield for at at se Katedralen. Stort værelse - og meget venligt personale.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant any more except for breakfast. It's listed as having a restaurant and this is my one of my main criteria when booking a hotel. They do allow take away deliveries. The staff make up for the lacking of the hotel.

Friendly welcome, comfortable room, and good breakfast. Dinner is a 29 minute walk away, but with a 20% discount, well worth the effort.

Bathroom needed some maintenance. Smelt damp skirting board rotting. Shower curtain didn’t appear clean. Other wise room bedding clean but needs refurbished. Also strange stayed for 3 nights and only if requested would room /toilet be cleaned.
