Lovely hotel

An amazing find. The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the standard rooms and there was a small kitchen along our hallway where there was complementary tea/coffee a fridge and facilities to cater for yourself if you wanted to. Upstairs in reception, which is manned 24hrs, there's another kitchen diner where a delightful continental breakfast is served. It's about a 5-10 min walk to the main square and the trams/buses run along the end of the street. The hotel staff were happy to book tours and tickets on our behalf and organised a taxi which was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and again at the hotel on checkout. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if I return to Krakow.

Highly recommend booking the STUDIO

Cracowdays were very accommodating, they arranged us an airport transfer for 80PLN (£16) and our driver was very helpful. Check-in was at 15:00 but we were shown straight to our apartment at 13:00. We booked the Studio apartment which was clean, in a great condition and had everything we could possible need. The free WiFi was quick and reliable. The apartment was in a great location, just around the corner from a small supermarket and about a 10-minute walk into the old town. We will definitely be staying here again if we re-visit Krakow.

Our stay at Cracowdays was perfect. The hotel and staff are outstanding- everything was perfect. The staff do everything that they can possibly do to help. Our room was beautiful. The hotel is in a great location. We plan to go back to Krakow and would not think about staying anywhere else. Very highly recommended!

A comfortable hotel in a good location

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, (the floor squeaked!) Breakfast extra (20 zlotys) but good value. Coffee from the coffee machine available all day, likewise tea, biscuits, cake and fruit. A very convenient position, !2 minutes walk to the main square, 2 minutes to the tram stop. A very enjoyable stay.We recommend this hotel.

DECEPCIONADO

Nos fue imposible llegar al hotel. Todas las calles alrededor del mismo estaban cortadas. Luego de estacionar a 5 cuadras caminamos entre trincheras de una obra de remoción de pavimento y vías de tranvías llevando nuestras maletas y nos encontramos con el establecimiento cerrado y nadie nos atendió. Tampoco nos atendieron telefónicamente. No fuimos apercibidos de la situación que sucedía en las inmediaciones del alojamiento. Que fue contratado a través de Hoteles.com y abonado el precio en su totalidad por adelantado. Por este medio solicito una explicación y si Uds. nos valoran como clientes. La restitución de lo pagado como reparación del daño ocasionado dejándonos a la deriva en un país extraño y si asistencia alguna. Somos dos personas mayores 71 y 65 años. Que debió buscar alojamiento en la ciudad de Cracovia(Polonia) a su costa a las 12 de la noche. Nos sentimos estafados. Abandonados a nuestra suerte. Antes nos mandaban mails con propagandas y al día siguiente no nos atendían el teléfono ni buscaron contactarnos aunque más no fuera para saber algo de nosotros. Espero su respuesta.
