Overall clean apartment for a reasonable price, located in a quiet but walkable area. However, I wish the curtains would have blocked the windows completely. From the outside, someone could easily have a glimpse inside your bedroom, especially when the lights are on. Other than that everything was to our satisfaction.

Great overall. However, the signs to find the property and my room was difficult to find. I arrived at night and the réponse to my WhatsApp messages was not that great. I looked for the building and my room for at least 30 minutes. Other than this, the place is clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay.

Picked this hotel as stop gap after arriving into Seville late night before joining the rest of my party at an alternative hotel. Was pleasantly surprised - the room set over 2 floors was very modern, had everything we needed and the balcony meant that you actually saw daylight. Communication with the property was excellent and polite as I did badger them as to how I was going to gain entry arriving past 1.00 am in the morning. However, the codes provided worked perfectly and if it was just me and my partner would have happily stayed there.

The place could use a few rugs, the floors are marble (or stone?) and are absolutely freezing, the only heating options are two air conditioners, the one in the bedroom is so loud, it's impossible to sleep with (probably never maintained) There is a kitchenette with a fridge, but absolutely nothing except for two portions of coffee and a dishwasher pill (one)

O apartamento em si era muito bom. A cozinha era prática e bem equipada, tudo estava organizado e limpo, e a cama era confortável. A localização também ajudou bastante na experiência. O grande problema foi o suporte durante a estadia. Desde o primeiro dia havia uma goteira no banheiro, aparentemente vindo do teto, que começou a deixar o chão constantemente molhado. Entrei em contato imediatamente para avisar, mas fui ignorado por dias. Enviei várias mensagens e praticamente não tive retorno. Além da infiltração, tivemos problemas com internet lenta, barulho de um alarme tocando por muito tempo e, no final da estadia, até falta de eletricidade no apartamento. Somente no penúltimo dia responderam minhas mensagens, mas sem realmente demonstrar preocupação ou buscar uma solução adequada. É uma pena, porque o apartamento tem muito potencial e vários pontos positivos. Porém, a falta de suporte e de comunicação acabou impactando bastante a experiência.

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce logement à Séville. Le lit était extrêmement inconfortable : après une seule nuit, j’avais de fortes douleurs aux épaules et au cou, au point de presque ne plus pouvoir bouger. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas du tout et affichait constamment un mot de passe incorrect. J’ai contacté le service client via WhatsApp, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. La douche était également bouchée, ce qui rendait l’utilisation de la salle de bain très désagréable. Au final, j’ai passé presque deux nuits sans dormir correctement. Pour un prix d’environ 100 € par nuit, cette expérience est totalement inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.
