Overall it was a good stay and I enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:
Good location- I felt like I was able to get to every place I needed easily, whether it was around the city or getting on the highway and driving further outside of LA
Friendly Staff- Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant. They always welcomed us back with a smile after being out for the day.
Clean Room- Room and bathroom were clean.
Amenities- Though our schedules didn’t allow us to take advantage of the hotel amenities, I appreciate how many there were.
Cons:
Staff communication- Simple information like WiFi or how to access housekeeping and front desk was not communicated (not on phone).
Staff responsiveness- I asked for extra towels and never got them. I had to remind the front desk. I ended up getting them the next day.
Linens- Multiple towels were frayed or ripping at the edges
Smell- Room had a slightly old musty smell
