Everything was immaculate and I loved all the people there and a little staying there

The room is was clean, but definitely worn. The bed was so-so. Just a sheet and a thin cover. The elevator was out of service, and the single luggage cart was falling apart and had the top tied together.

Hotel was dirty, room was in disarray, and killed a cockroach in the room. Ended up not staying there. Would not recommend staying there.Hotel has not been maintained for quite awhile.

Felt like I walked into the start of a scary movie right from the lobby. Room was a disaster. Smelled terrible and discovered why: a literal mess in the toilet. Demanded a refund and got a room elsewhere.

I cancelled my booking because the bed was broken, there were bugs in the bed, it smelled bad, the room was old, the mattress was old, the bed was old...

Get what you pay for, got good use out of ice machine. Not the worst spot I've been.

Horrifying property. Excellent price and excellent staff

Love the room size and the price… they’re clearly in the middle of some sort of development stage where they still have a lot of renovation to do. As well as staff hires, interior upgrades and modern technology… but I enjoyed my stay, staff was wonderful!

The absolute worst place anyone could ever attempt to stay. Think of the worst place in the world and this place is worse. Do not book this sh;t hole.

We were unable to stay because we opted to pay upon our arrival, therefore Ark Suites booked all their rooms out before we arrived. So we did not have any of the rooms we booked once we arrived.

My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room.

The room was horrible. The air conditioner did not work and was leaking water. The lights didn’t work at all in the room. There was no room phone. The carpets were stained and dirty. The furniture was chipped and missing drawers. The hallway air conditioner did not work. The elevator did not work. I was given a double bed instead of a queen, which I reserved. I informed the worker of the issues and she said there was nothing she could do about it and wouldn’t change my room. This is ridiculous. I want a refund.
