Every night, a group of teenagers gathered in the parking lot in front of the hotel, causing a significant disturbance that made it impossible to fall asleep until 1-2 AM. The hotel management ignored these noise.
Although breakfast hours were from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, by 8:00 AM, there was no food left to eat. A group of tourists who arrived by bus consumed all the available food, and the staff did not bother to restock it. they were preoccupied with arranging tables for lunch.
6. Once the room cleaner failed to clean our room after we had left. No one offered an apology. they sent us a few towels, and the room remained unclean and untidy. Furthermore, the provision of basic amenities was inconsistent: soap and tissue paper were sometimes provided and sometimes not.
7. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but it does not belong to the hotel. We were unaware of this, and no one informed us that there was a separate parking area for hotel guests. The next day, we were scolded for parking there.
