For the price, we expected a much better experience. The bedding was terrible – the mattress felt like it was sliding off the bed, and the covers were so small it felt like they belonged on a child’s bed, even though we booked a king size.
The front desk staff were unhelpful and gave off the impression that they had little to no hospitality training. When I asked about parking, I was told the lot was full, so I parked on the street like others. The next morning, I found a ticket on my car – no warning, no alternative solutions offered.
The breakfast setup was poorly organized and so unappealing that we decided to leave and eat at a nearby restaurant instead.
The bed situation was the deal-breaker for us, so we cut our stay short. It seems the hotel relies solely on its good location, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive I can mention.
