Travelling as a couple for 3 days at the end of September. I was horrified to find no wine or spirits at the pool bar on arrival and no white or rose wine available in the restaurant. Some wine and spirits appeared during our stay, but soon ran out again. The shortage of alcohol, in my opinion is unacceptable for an all inclusive. Some spirits did arrive but no gin and the vodka was rough. Stick to Rose wine, Beer and Raki if anyone still decides to go to this hotel. We complained to several members of staff, but the ‘Manager’ was conveniently never available. Our room wasn’t cleaned either during our 3 day stay. Swimming pool was in the shade after midday, not sure who designed that, but at least this meant the sunbeds were empty. Hotels.com refunded some of the cost. To be fair the hotel is well positioned in the resort and the food was warm and edible with sufficient fruit available. Other than that, it’s difficult to find other positives and I would not book again!!

There was a tiny café attached to the hotel, and the espresso there was excellent. I went every morning before heading out.

The room was surprisingly spacious and smelled clean when I first walked in. I liked the way the towels were folded on the bed, and the staff had even left a small welcome note, which felt personal.

Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Fahrräder an, was ich spontan genutzt habe. Eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Umgebung zu erkunden.

The check-in process was fast, and the receptionist even walked me to the elevator. That kind of care is rare these days.

The pillows were firmer than I usually prefer, but I ended up sleeping surprisingly well. The blackout curtains helped a lot with that.

Poor for 4 star hotel

Friendly receptionist day and night. Too noisy. Poor quality of food. Daughter of the owner very friendly.

Die Fenster waren gut isoliert, sodass ich vom Straßenlärm nichts mitbekommen habe. Das war mir besonders wichtig, da ich leicht aufwache.

The hotel was decent for what we needed.. the food wasn’t to our liking but what we paid there is no complaint there. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all our requests.. however! The cleaner took money out of our room, but gave it back upon being confronted.. location was good.. rooms were decent.. pool areas decent.. staff lovely. No complaints really.

I noticed the carpets in the hallway were recently cleaned and smelled fresh. It's not something you always notice, but it stood out here.
