Terrible experiencie at the check in, face ID for the main entrance wasn’t working because the selfie I sent wasn’t clear but they never told me I had to sent it again. Besides that at the entrance intercom anyone talked any lenguaje different from English and it was very difficult to communicate. Besides that A/C didn’t worked properly the first night, they told me that I had to wait until de next day that they will be going to contact me, they never did so, so I had to call again and finally change my room for a smaller one. I request at least 1 day refund for my bad experience
