The hotel was very nice before the service was disastrous, the cleanliness was not up to standard, I stayed there for four nights, they never cleaned my room, they never changed my sheets, they never cleaned the bathroom, the sink, absolutely nothing, that is, it was dirty, even the towels were wooden, nothing else, the cleanliness was 0, I stayed for four days, I am not satisfied with the service, and the service was disastrous, the waiters, when I sat down to drink coffee or get something, the service was very rude. The service at the hotel was rude and very arrogant, and the restaurants were very disappointing, but luckily the hotel is located in the center and luckily they were lucky enough to get a little better service, so coffee, food, and other drinks were available, otherwise the bed was very comfortable.
