I thought I was booking a hotel. I had a car and luggage. When I arrived at 4pm, i was at the address, and i could not find the building. I told her I could see a building with the name SCAD. I was on the phone with the lady and she kept saying I was sent clear details on how to details on how to get in the building and if I can't follow them, she can't help me and hung up on me. I had a tour at 7pm that I missed because I couldn't get in the room. I drove around for hours. I asked a cop for help. When I did finally get in the room there is no access to the front of the building with a car. No parking. Included, you had to pay. In the room there was a lock with a code and then I saw a open door. I don't feel comfortable leaving my luggage with no lock on the door. They said I is an automatic lock. There is a code for both. I then asked again to let me out of the contact and they said they will, but i will need to follow the process for Hotels.com. I went to sleep and when I woke up there was no water. I called and called, emailed them. There was a water break in the hotel. I own a house. I know that will take a long time. They never once offered to let me out of my contract. They did refund for my inconvenience, but I had to call Hotels.com to get it. I had three days in Atlanta, I had no water for two mornings of my stay. I was going to the aquarium on my last day and I followed the online request. They wanted to charge me over $100 dollars.
