Libere needs to be more up-front around the virtual nature of their hotels. Things don't take 2 minutes, as they state. Their communication is awful - I waited almost an hour to access my room, trying to work out how to contact them, sending messages, no response, phoning, told to call back. Awful, awful customer service - will never stay at one of their properties again! Oh, and if you're going to have a rainfall shower head, make sure it works properly, and doesn't just dribble water for a poor shower experience.

No se puede llamar Hotel donde no existe recepción. Para algunas personas mayores es imposible hacer un check in digital, y me parece discriminatorio. En nuestro caso, tuvimos gamberros borrachos que golpeaban nuestra puertaen la madrugada y no pudimos dormir, y sin una recepción solo quedó el enfrentamiento personal.

Un apartamento increíble, super limpio, con una decoración moderna, instalaciones completamente nuevas. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda, el baño super amplio, limpio y además dispone de cocina amueblada y un sofá cama extra. Te reciben con un "welcome box" que incluye un par de aguas, dos cápsulas de café y unas patatas. Un pequeño detalle bien presentado. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, ya que se encuentra en el mismo centro. Además todo el proceso de check-in y check-out online resulta sencillo, rápido y claro. Una magnífica alternativa de alojamiento que personalmente ya he recomendado a conocidos. Sin duda, ha sido mi primera vez en la cadena Libere que acabo de descubrir y no será la última

Ótimo local no coração de Ciudad Real

Apartamento muito bom, completo com tudo novinho. Local previlegiado. Comunicação muito boa, tiraram todas dúvidas sempre que necessário. Se estiver de carro se programar para estacionar perto e levar as malas andando até o local. Mercado Carrefour muito próximo bem como várias opções de restaurante. Recomendo.

El edificio así como el piso han sido renovados perfectamente, lo que hace ese espacio una de las mejores opciones en CR. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. Seguramente Libere Ciudad real será nuestra elección siempre que volvamos a la ciudad
