This is a new hotel, they were working on putting the elevator in, while we were there. The shower was excellent, strong and hot water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Off street parking, under the hotel. all the staff were excellent, Allen, that checked us in was wonderful. The included breakfast was one of the best we have had in Mexico. Walked around the area, felt safe and several restaurants right within the block. The only bad thing, it is close to a train track, and because it crosses the main road, they blew the train whistle 2x during the night….it is easy to get too, right off of 15, and easy to get back on 15.

La habitación olía muy bien. Pueden mejorar la limpieza un poco, encontramos un par de cabellos por aquí y por allá, pero nada grave. El colchón de la cama es muy incómodo, es muy duro… pero las almohadas rescataron la experiencia de dormir ahí. La llave se desactivó y fue muy molesto tener que bajar al lobby a activarla, es algo que no debería de pasar. La ubicación del hotel fue muy conveniente para nosotros. En general, les daría un 9/10.

La atencion del personal es muy buena, las instalaciones estan prácticamente nuevas el detalle es que se escucha todo del exterior asi como de las habitaciones contiguas si lo que buscas es descansar y tienes el sueño ligero se te puede llegar a complicar un poco. El desayuno es sencillo pero tiene bien sabor y la señora que cocina es muy amable. La alberca esta en el 4to piso por lo que en algunas de las habitaciones del 3ro (hab. 107) se puede llegar a sentir y escuchar la vibracion de la bomba o algo asi de la alberca de primera instancia no se percibe hasta que todo queda en silencio y pretendes dormir!!! De ahi en fuera el hotel es bueno el miviliario es prácticamente nuevo y las camas son muy comodas
