Camera molto carina , personale molto cortese e disponibile ci ha preparato la colazione mezz'ora prima del orario per non farci perdere il treno.

Posizione comoda a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Napoli Centrale. Zona purtroppo assediata dai venditori abusivi. La scala che porta al piano con le camere è stretta e potenzialmente pericolosa, inoltre funge da cassa di risonanza per i rumori che vengono dal piano terra (un problema per le camere che vi si trovano più vicine). Le colazioni sono buone e il personale premuroso.

Vlak bij station gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, laat inchecken geen probleem. Inrichting is verouderd, alles kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken, maar is functioneel wel in orde. Receptie is vlak naast de trap gelegen, wat soms voor wat geluidshinder zorgt (als je kamer ook aan de trap gelegen is).

Ho soggiornato solo una notte, ma posso dire che l'accoglienza è stata molto piacevole, personale molto gentile e posizione ottimale per chi deve partire in treno. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole; colazione buonissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da tenere in considerazione.

Vicinanza alla stazione centrale struttura pulita ma da rinnovare e risistemare porte bagno tavolette scarico wc e maniglie balconi . Simpatica e gentile addetta colazioni unica pecca cornetti e vivande in balia delle mosche mancavano adeguate coperture e vassoi. caffe e cappuccino fatti al momento cosa molto apprezzata rispetto ai soliti dispenser che ormai normalmente si trovano negli hotel.

I was moved to the Clarean's twin hotel...4 minute walk and closer to Stazione. Room was EXCELLENT...3d floor balcony and big comfy bed, large bathroom. Grazie!

Not as bad as reviews make out

After reading some of the reviews of this hotel I was slightly worried about staying. However I do think it is slightly subjective as we were only staying 2 nights and using the train a lot it was really handy for us to stay here. Naples is crazy and if you thrive of that you will like it here. No, the hotel isn’t like the ones in America or London that have LCD TVs. Naples seems a bit of a poorer city and it’s a typical European hotel. I wouldn’t stay here for longer than a couple of nights and bring your insect repellent as Naples seems to be a busy place and we got bitten !

C'est un petit hôtel que je visite assez souvent,on s'y sent bien, il est trés bien situé sur la place Garibaldi, a côté des métros et des grandes avenues trés fréquentées. Point de départ pour toutes marches a pieds. Bus en provenance de l'aéroport (ALIBUS) vous dépose a 100 m de L'hôtel, même bus aussi qui va vers le PORT (Beverello) pour les iles de CAPRI .......ISCHIA.....etc.....

Fina gammeldags rena rum vid stationen.

Stora ganneldags rum med trägolv gillar jag. Sköna sängar och stora badrum. Tyst och lugnt med fönsterluckor så det blir mörkt i rummet. Rent och sköna sängar. Jättetrevlig personal men frukosten var sådär. Inget vidare tyvärr. Ligger vid stationen med centralt läge dock vill man inte gå där ensam när det är mörkt. Skumma typer hänger omkring där.

Arrivati siamo stati trasferiti ad un hotel vicino Eden Hotel per mancanza di posti. Zona bruttissima. Non posso recensire i servizi piuttosto che la struttura perché alla fine non ho soggiornato li.

La scelta di questo Hotel è dettata dalla vicinanza alla stazione dei treni ed a quella delle 2 metro. In pratica da questa posizione è facile muoversi per andare in ogni direzione. Personale gentile ed attento ad ogni richiesta del turista.

We were transferred to the Eden Hotel

No room at the Clerean. You are taken to the Eden. Very nice employee did the transfer about 250 m away. First room dark and horribly musty smelling. Second room lighter and not so musty smelling, probably because it faced the noisy street instead of the interior. Still dark at night as the in room illumination is insufficient. Breakfast simple but surprisingly nice roof garden facing Vesuvius. Staff not overly friendly but still accommodating. Toilet sometimes stopped running on first flush. Often no.
