Who's fault is this?
I went to book into the hotel and it was closed, dark and empty. I tried to contact them on both numbers provided. Nothing. No answer, no call back. I tried all day and it was so frustrating and worrying as we had no idea where we were going to sleep that night. I left it until 5pm and then found another place to stay. Thought that perhaps something had happened and they'd be back the following day and may offer the two nights from then. Next day arrived and same fiasco. The hotel we had booked the night at did not have a room for that evening so worry and frustration all over again until we found another place. During this time I did try and contact your company but was left with a virtual agent who just didn't fit the bill land an overseas help line number. I've spent an extra £119.00 that I was not expecting and spent most the time upset and stressed. So there, that's what my stay at this place was like.
