I called once I checked in to see if I could even pay extra to be moved rooms, no call back. I called 3 times the following day (AFTER I left the property that night) no return call. Stopped at the office in person during what was posted as office hours, once again NO ONE.
The room seemed clean, I’ll give it that. But the absolute lack of communication, contact, or even attempt at a resolution makes this the first negative review I have ever written for somewhere. This good reviews must be paid bc this place was a joke.
I can let most things go. However, I was alone, my room was in the “courtyard” where people were sitting outside of my door as well, smoking, and the walls are paper thin so at 11pm after a long day of traveling was awful. The window on the back had a light shining directly in it straight to the bed, but to close the blinds, you have to block the AC. The door lock was mediocre at best. I didn’t feel safe as a solo female at all.
Had I received a return call or spoke to someone during office hours & salvaged the second night, by moving to a different room, one where people didn’t congregate outside my door, this could’ve been much different. It’s the lack of effort that makes it a disaster.
I paid for a different hotel & am completely out the money for this hell hole masked as a “business.” Heaven forbid you attempt customer service & speak to someone who left you 3 messages over 2 days, all of which were polite. DO NOT STAY HERE.
