I love this hotel! The atmosphere is great, the staff is great, and so are the beds, showers, and the restaurant as well (special shoutout to the Terra Textures dish on the menu!). The breakfast is everything you could ever wish for, especially the variety of cheeses, the pancakes with strawberry sauce and vanilla sauce, the wide range of rooibos and herbal teas and the pretzel rolls. The treadmill in the gym is awsome too!

The check-in and checkout went smooth. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice! The only downside was that you had to ask the staff each time you wanted to use the lift from the entrance to the reception. We stayed with our baby that needs a stroller. The area felt safe but a little bit boring. Overall a good hotel!

Fantastic hotel!

This hotel was just lovely. The hotel room was very spacious, and the huge bed was very comfortable. My favourite part was the rainfall shower! The location is excellent only being around the corner from Hammerbrook station (2 mins walk max) with connections to Hauptbahnhof that can take you anywhere. I would 100% stay here again !

Amazing breakfast buffet!

I had a perfect stay at the NYX Hotel! Nice atmosphere, the room interior was well balanced and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and fresh, the bed was perfectly firm and the pillows were just as soft as I wanted them, and in addition to all this, the amazing breakfast buffet and candy in the lobby. 10/10 would recommend and visit again!

I found this hotel last year, on my first trip to Hamburg. The staff is lovely and the hotel beautiful. I love how simple it is. The beds are super comfy too. The train into the city is just outside the door, but honestly it’s about a 20 minute walk to the city center and a safe walk at that. They have always been accommodating and helpful, even had my room ready early. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

nice big room but very bad internet, as a business hotel not suited at all. Also I had asked for a quiet location, amongst other kind online request, which sadly seemed to fall on deaf ears. Bar staff super friendly and i could feel as a guest there was a good respectful friendship amongst the team.
