Had we listened to the reviews we wouldn’t have stayed here. I’m not sure why they have poor ratings but we loved our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Franchement tout étais comme dans la description de l'hôtel, les chambres sont propres et spacieuse , le personnel est au petit soin , les équipements sont conformes. Tout étais parfait 👍

Very clean and nice hotel a little walk from main strip but a grab is only a couple of quid ideal for solo travelers

2/10 Mediocre

The room was small and the batroom was disgusting. Mould was growing all over the bathroom. That resulted in a mouldy smell in the hole room as well. I can not recommend the place.

The biggest concern during our stay was privacy and housekeeping access. We booked 2 rooms — one for my parents and one for my husband and me — and clearly informed both the receptionist and the housekeeper that we did not require housekeeping service because we were uncomfortable having anyone enter the rooms while all of our important belongings and valuables were inside. Despite this, the housekeeper still entered the rooms daily while we were away in order to access the balcony and water the plants. This made us feel very uneasy and uncomfortable throughout the stay, especially because our request for no entry had already been communicated multiple times. We strongly feel that guest privacy and security preferences should be respected. Cleanliness was also a concern. It appeared that there was only 1 housekeeper managing the entire hotel of around 18 rooms, which likely made it difficult to maintain proper cleaning standards consistently. Overall, this experience left us very disappointed and uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if customer service could please reach out to me via email to properly address these concerns and discuss the experience further!

Overall, the hotel was nice and the location was great. However, our experience was negatively affected by the service and a few important issues. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. Every night it would suddenly turn itself off, making the room very hot and causing us to sleep very poorly. I first reported the issue by email and later spoke to the receptionist in person. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my complaint was taken seriously. The receptionist responded in an ironic way, simply saying “yes” and that she would tell the manager, but I am not convinced that anything was actually done. The hotel advertisement also stated that bicycles were available for guests to borrow, but when we asked, we were told they were all broken. We were a group of three people but were only given one key card. When we asked if we could have a second key card, our request was dismissed. On one occasion, I had forgotten something in the room and had to ask to borrow the key card for just a few seconds. Even then, I felt like I had to beg for it, which was both frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, the hotel itself and its location were good, but the poor handling of guest concerns and the malfunctioning air conditioning significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome or taken seriously by the reception staff.
