I stayed here because it’s very conveniently located across the street from the mall, I like the location and the staff is incredibly friendly, especially the front desk, girl, but I forgot her name but she helped me figure out My itinerary and troubleshoot some travel issues. The only complaint I have is that my room was not very clean, I wish that they had wiped down the surfaces. It was very clear that they have not been wiped down, also the TV remote needed new batteries. For the price and the location I think that this is totally fine and I would stay here again.

Security guards looked and sounded like they were having a bad day. Room was so so. Looks old. Smelled a little musty. Mold in bathroom. Would not recommend to stay here

Decent place to stay at BGC.

Service is good. Ample amenities. The gym is kinda small. The cons is there are only 2 elevators and the day of my stay only one is working due to maintainance so it is pretty inconvenient. Location is also good since it is next to SM Aura

We just have terrible bad luck experience in this hotel . Not I was expected. Lots of trouble we experienced in this hotel . Not worthed to explain . My hope that you have a different experience as much to ours . I’m sad that I can’t recommend this one .

Security team provides top notch service. O2 Roof top bar provides a great view of the city. Pool is nice however pool staff are not as accommodating. Towels can’t leave the pool area and also absolutely NO food and beverages by or in the pool….. this includes alcoholic beverages.

Initially, we checked into Rm 1805 and it smelled like urine. We then moved to Rm 2012. The room smelled great until we realized that whomever prepared the room just sprayed some temporary scent to mask a lingering odd odor in the room. The place has a great location next to SM Aura, but I doubt I’d book here again.

Great location, literally just steps away from SM Mall. You can walk through the mall and you’re right at the start of the famous High Street, so it was really convenient for us. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We originally stayed at the adjoining Brittany Hotel for two nights, then moved to BCCT for the rest of our stay in Manila. We had only booked two nights at BCCT initially as we were planning to move to Uptown, but we liked the location and the staff so much that we decided to stay. The rooftop pool is shared with the hotel, but it was very quiet when we were there, which was great. We first had a two-bedroom room while our family were staying with us, then changed to a premium one-bedroom for the rest of our stay. Both rooms were really spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast included with the premium room upgrade, but to be honest, the choice was quite limited. With the mall just across the road and a kitchen in the room, we probably wouldn’t bother adding breakfast next time. Overall, we were really happy with our stay. The location is hard to beat, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. This will definitely be our first choice when we come back to Manila. A special thanks to Aki at the front desk, who was really helpful throughout our stay. Francis from security was also always helpful whenever we needed anything.
