This was such a neat and fun hotel to experience! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept. Great Sand Dunes was about a 45 minute drive so close enough but still far enough that you could explore some other things. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The suite was really clean and we loved the decor. The outdoor movie setup under the stars with the free popcorn and option to buy snacks and drinks was great. We really enjoyed it, and the employees were friendly and helpful! It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room, but that’s not a make or break thing. We’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!

Frontier Drive-In was hands-down the coolest place we stayed during our entire 3 1/2 week trip! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the décor was absolutely perfect and stylish. It was unique while still feeling warm and homey. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and the entire property was so much fun to explore. There isn’t much nearby, so I would recommend eating or picking up food before arriving. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

The property was well kept. The room was clean and the location was good for our travel needs. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the instructions provided us gave me the necessary information. I would say getting in after dark made it a little difficult to determine where best to park and coming in you need to pay attention to the notice board where you enter to find your room location since only location of room # is on the door. A building # or letter would have been helpful.

The amenities were great and property was super clean. My only hesitation is to know before you travel: this is a drive-in, which I was not prepared for. Around 6 or 6:30 they started blaring music on the loud speaker, which lasted until the movie began at 8:30. If you're looking for a quiet stay like I was, look elsewhere.

Unique place to stay in the San Louis Valley. Ample parking, clean and stylish lodging, nice bathrooms, and a fantastic community area/kitchen. It is also close to the Great Sand Dunes National Park. You can the mountains in all directions.
