The apartment is super modern with all the facilities and in a privileged and convenient location, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment and beach all in less than half a mile. I have been going to Sitges for the 3 years, and I alway stay at this location. The location is the best, the space in the apartment is plenty, and it feels cozy like home yet you know you’re on vacation because the beach is two blocks away. I give this place a 10.

Free street parking is available but you must walk 10 minutes. Rooms are nice and facilities excellent. Worth the stay and highly recommended. However, there was a lack of needed electrical plugs for such a big and spacious apt. The other downside is that you never see anyone from Lucas House, no staff are present? You must seek them out by going to their office on Jesus street if you need a spare towel or something else.

Our stay at Lucas House surpassed our expectations. Our duplex was modern, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It was very spacious and extremely comfortable for five of us. The keyless entry, the air conditioning and the elevator were greatly appreciated. It was a very short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff at the main office were very friendly and helpful. We plan to return!

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and with lots of extra touches that added for a superior experience. Although we had a little issue with the microwave, the management staff had maintenance come and replace it within 5 minutes. So this is what makes a place 5-stars. Things break and fail all the time, it is how you recover that makes the difference. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay in Sitges.

Very nice renovated apartment in a nice building with elevator. One of the bathrooms is tiny and one of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC so will get hot.

The double bed was terribly uncomfortable and the second bedroom did not have air conditioning so it was very warm and stuffy. If you opened the doors it was loud until the wee hours. The shower was so small you can’t even turn around in it.

Baserat på vad vi betalade för en vecka är jag nöjd, men jag hade högre förväntningar utifrån recensioner jag läst innan bokning. Lägesmässigt ligger lägenheten perfekt, nära till allt- bra mataffär runt hörnet, stranden 5 min promenad, huvudgatan 2 min bort. Men det var otroligt lyhört ut mot gatan och in till övriga lägenheter, kändes ibland som att någon stod och pratade i vårt sovrum. När vi checkade in var det mycket damm bakom sängarna och på gardinerna, men det sa vi till om och de kom och städade direkt så det var inga konstigheter. Man får snabb hjälp via What’s app. Det är tacksamt med två toaletter när man är en familj på fyra, om än så blev det på bekostnad av att vi inte hade någon riktig balkong (endast fransk), men det visste vi också om innan incheckning såklart. All in all så skulle jag välja att bo här igen, men hade isf försökt få lägenheten högst upp som jag förstått har en stor takterrass.
