Great modern and nice rooms. AC worked flawlessly. Great parking with gate and 24/7 reception. Breakfast was nice but nothing incredible. Really nice outdoors area and fitness/pool/spa looked great, but we didn't have a chance to use it this time. Only downside to this calm and beautiful resort is the nearby airports nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this new hotel. We spent 1 night with 2 young kids. The hotel is beautiful and the lush garden was a paradise for our kids. The room was big and the beds comfy. The pool was also very appreciated. It can however sometimes feel packed depending on the time of the day. The diner and brunch at the Zelie restaurant were delicious. The staff at the reception and the restaurant was also very friendly. We will plan to come back!

The breakfast variety is large, but the quality of ingredients doesn‘t quite match the high expectations created by everything else - still ok. The whole experience was excellent. Our room was huge with balcony, view of the golf field, because we paid for that particular room, quite pricey but it is a beautiful hotel so it is expected. The restaurant inside the hotel is cozy. Downside, the chef does not know how to cook medium rare steak, it was more on the medium well side. My wife ordered medium well, she got overcooked so the steak was hard. It's a shame because French are meant to be a good chef especially on a 5 star hotel. Staff were so lovely, from Reception to Restaurant/Bar.

Séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin. Le service est tout simplement remarquable : toute l’équipe est professionnelle, attentionnée et toujours disponible. Les installations sont modernes, très bien entretenues et parfaitement organisées. La propreté est irréprochable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et rassurant. On sent une véritable rigueur dans la maintenance des lieux. Le restaurant mérite également une mention spéciale : la qualité des plats est excellente, avec des produits savoureux et une présentation soignée. L’espace de loisirs est très agréable, bien pensé et parfaitement entretenu, idéal pour se détendre. Je tiens à souligner un geste particulièrement apprécié : je suis arrivée presque à minuit après une longue réunion de travail, sans avoir eu le temps de dîner. Le réceptionniste de nuit, Matheus, a été d’une grande gentillesse et a pris l’initiative de me préparer un croque-monsieur. Séjour mitigé dans cet hôtel 4*. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec des produits de qualité et une belle variété. Le restaurant Le Zélie est également une excellente surprise : des plats soignés et savoureux, portés par une équipe professionnelle et agréable. Le Dario bénéficie d’une très belle terrasse, confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur le parc — un vrai atout. Malheureusement, l’expérience est ternie par un service peu engageant : les serveurs ne donnent pas envie de prolonger le moment et l’ambiance reste assez moyenne. Le spa, accessible uniquement sur réservation (ce qui est finalement une bonne chose), reste toutefois assez petit. L’eau de la piscine est froide, ce qui pousse la majorité des clients à se concentrer sur le jacuzzi, entraînant de l’attente. Concernant la chambre, la propreté laisse à désirer : présence de poussière, douche sale et absence de VMC dans les toilettes, ce qui est décevant pour un établissement de ce standing. Enfin, l’ascenseur est un point noir important : une odeur désagréable persistante ainsi que des traces de vomi non nettoyées durant l’ensemble de notre séjour de 4 jours. À noter néanmoins que l’équipe de réception est très agréable, serviable et professionnelle, ce qui est appréciable. En résumé, de bons points côté restauration, accueil et cadre extérieur, mais de sérieux efforts sont à faire sur l’hygiène et le service pour être à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.
