Quiet - away from hustle and bustle. Good location- within walking distance of several train stations. Bed comfortable, although a couple more pillows would have been better. Kitchen, dining table. Washing machine. Plenty of room for the 2 of us- would have been a bit of a squish with 4 or 5 though

I would still give this place another try
The room overall was accommodating; we are a family of 5 and there was sufficient room, not a lot, but just enough. There were no views to be seen from the windows as you're in downtown Tokyo surrounded by sky rises. With that being said, it's convenient to subway/train locations to connect to anywhere you need to get to. I took the train from this location to the airport for a fraction of the price which was extremely convenient. I had been in Japan for over a week at this point and it wasn't the most cleanest room it had a musky smell and when we were in the room, a couple of us had allergies flare up. Once we went to the outside, we were just fine. There is a grocery store less than a hundred hundred feet away, which because EXTREMELY convenient.

The property was comfortable and clean. There is usually no one at reception. There’s an iPad through which you connect to a cloud reception. Our train from Tokyo got cancelled due to typhoon. We needed help from the reception to extend our booking but the staff did not help at all. Instead they just laughed at our request.

Over all, it was a great experience. But for the communication with the staff, I had to use LINE app: which is the standard for Japanese people, but not for those from other countries. Otherwise I needed to go to the lobby and use the ipad to call the staff to address the issue, which is inconvenient.

Please avoid shampoo and conditioner that contains nuts. Some people have severe allergic reactions by using them. Also there were so much dusts between sofa and walls. It looks hard to clean the gaps, but the place would be much better to stay.

I used taxi from hotel to sansoji, Arkihabara, Tokyo national museum, etc. All taxi fees are about $11-$15 single trip. It’s pretty good for our 4-person family, much easier and comfortable than use trains in hot weather.

The guy at the front desk upon arrival went to college in the US, it was wonderful! We were able to wash our clothes, store our food, and be very close to metro stations. I wish we would have known about the iPad chat sooner since at first we didn’t know how to get hot water to ask where to put our trash!

Located in a quiet area but close to metro station. Next to a grocery store which is a plus given that prices is very reasonable. Room service is per request. Communication with front desk is through a pad and they takes time to get back to you. Otherwise everything is perfect, will definitely come back!

Very clean and well maintained property with good quality appliances. Love that OK supermarket is just across the street and Family Mart is within 3 mins walk. Nearest train station is about 300-400m away so it’s not at the doorstep but still walkable. Generally a comfortable property to come back to after a day of exploring Tokyo!
