The main positive for the hotel are it’s views across the Luberon but that’s where it ends.
Service is very poor with nobody around to take orders during the day and, other than the breakfast staff, never a smile to be seen.
The external swimming pool is small with little space to navigate around due to the configuration used with the sun loungers.
What let’s this hotel down more though, in our opinion, is the food, limited choice and to be quite frank, the quality of what they serve. We only ate in the main restaurant once and chose to drive every night to an external restaurant as a result. That means a good 20 to 25mins drive each way.
As a side note, I posted feedback previously on the hotel only to get a barrage of non-relevant remarks from their Director, which in the process saw them breaching GDPR / Data protection act by using my name in their response which they had accessed from their hotel systems.
With such leadership failing to take feedback it’s clear to see such short comings.
Better 5 stars around in the Luberon.
