"Such a great stay this week. The room was nicely renovated. The bed was comfortable and the rain head shower was magnificent! The staff were so friendly and made check in/out so easy. We enjoyed the pool that was very refreshing for the hot day. We will stay here again when visiting!"

"At first glance the place seemed a little sketchy since it looks like an old school motel from a horror movie. However, the room was amazing! Beautiful wood flooring, all new renovations extremely nice beds and a perfect use of the space! Awesome experience and would absolutely stay here again! "

"Lovely B and B in a stately, historic house. Marsha is an excellent host. The food is excellent and most comes from their working farm or other WV farms. The surrounding property is beautiful.

"This is a 1905 Victorian farmhouse (ie 1905 Victorian in middle of farm 😆). Beautiful, serene that takes you back in time. Only note is that there are 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms - again house from 1905… well kept and they had a great library if you wanted to checked out plants/birds/mushrooms/etc… for the area. Marsha was great and had lots of suggestions. We’ll plan a longer stay next time. Photo was shot from balcony next to our room."

"They were very friendly amd baked cookies every evening for the guests, that was great, but no room service, at least not for me. I stayed three nights, not even a clean towel or emptied trash. I didnt care for that part. Many hotels are.going that route, just let me say that when traveling, its nice to have a personal touch, like a nicely made bed."
