Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. There is a nice service lounge and coffe bar by the front area that is airy and bright where you can wait for friends or take a quick break to enjoy a drink. Don’t forget to choose breakfast option - I love having plenty of fresh fruits with various charcuterie spreads.

I've stayed many times at this hotel while on business in Madrid. It's location is excellent. Hotel is in great shape and clean. Elevators can take quite a while to show up at times. Great staff.
