Una vera sorpresa per un hotel a una stella, a pochissimi passi dalla rambla, stanza minuscola ma confortevole e tenuta benissimo con tutti i comfort, personale simpatico e disponibile, forse l'unica pecca è la colazione che è imposta nella forma, ovvero 2 croissant, caffè e latte marmellata, burro e succo d'arancia ma va benissimo dato il prezzo pagato, ci ritornerò in caso di una seconda visita a Barcellona, nel caso vogliate andarci la metro più comoda e vicina è la linea 3 verde fermata Liceu.

Excellent value for money

Perfect location in the Gothic quarter, walking distance from almost everything we wanted to do. Highly efficient courteous multilingual reception staff 24h. Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. Breakfast vouchers get you good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, butter and jam in the cafe/bakery next door to the hotel. Very good value for money - we would definitely stay here again.

Ottimo albergo in una posizione strategica

Ottimo albergo, posizionato a 100mt dalle ramblas e dalle maggiori attrazioni. Accanto all'albergo c'è una pasticceria/bar dove si può fare colazione la mattina. A 50 mt è presente il mercato boqueria dove si possono guastare della ottima frutta e non solo. Personale cortese e stanze pulite, equivale ad un alebergo 3 stelle. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi la ramblas, casa battlò, la barceloneta e l'acquario. Lo consiglio.

Okej ställe, otrevlig personal, bra läge.

Mycket dåligt mottagande av personal vid ankomst. Problem efter namnändring på rummet vilket skylldes på oss och det erbjöds ingen kompensation och mycket lite hjälp med lösning av problemet. Rena rum med korta sängar och mycket lyhört. Frukosten i caféet bredvid bestod av endast croissanter och dryck vilket var för lite. Samma personal gav ingen information om frukost, när vi frågade påstod han att en av oss inte hade betalat för det i förväg vilket inte stämde. Nästa dag förklarade en annan anställd att de dubbelkollade och det visade sig att vi hade rätt. Vi fick ingen ursäkt för något av problemen. Resan förstördes av den anställdes otrevliga och oprofessionella beteende.

Väggarna verkade vara gjorda av papp.Man hörde vad grannarna gjorde och mitt i natten kom folk i korridoren och pratade högljutt. Fick inte så mycket sömn pga det... Annars väldigt trevlig personal och bra med både café och en mindre restaurang bredvid hotellet. Hotellet ligger närmre La rambla än vad man trodde.
