A very good establishment, though finding the parking area—which I had paid for—was a real hassle in the middle of the night. The set of keys I was given didn’t work, so I had to go back to reception. They provided a second set and walked me there, as there are no proper signs indicating where the parking is. The night staff member was incredibly helpful, quickly guiding me to the lot. Management really ought to install signs—one at the entrance before the gate, and another in front of the iron door that opens once you have a working key. It wouldn't cost much to do. To their credit, seeing the trouble I’d had, they didn't charge me for the parking that night—though it would have been better not to have had the trouble in the first place. Otherwise, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. One other thing: make sure to arrive close to the scheduled check-in time; otherwise, they might assign you a different room. I had booked a room with a large bed on an upper floor, but I ended up with a ground-floor room by the pool, furnished with two separate beds—not exactly ideal for a couple.
