We stayed in São Paulo for a few days on our way to our Africa trip. We picked São Paulo to experience Brazilian culture. And Cozzy Suites Paraiso was most definitely in the best location for it. Close to and easy access to local shops, restaurants, groceries and tourist sites. Many within easy walking distance. Absolutely loved people watching locals going about their daily lives, taking lunch breaks from work or school and doing things after the work day. The hotel is immaculately clean everywhere including our room (loft suite), the AC’s were more-than-adequate to keep us comfy, the bed was wonderfully cozy and comfortable (slept like a baby both nights), and the bathroom facility was quite small but adequate for the two of us. But most commendable of all are the staff. Even though some of them didn’t speak English comfortably, they were all incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating. Our flight from Canada came in quite early in the morning. And they were kind enough to let us check in early. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting São Paulo.

This hotel is not for business travelers! There are no safes in the room. So, there is no where to keep your valuables. I had to lug all my valuables around for security purposes. Therefor this is NOT A 4 START HOTEL. 3.5 at most. The manager was very nice, but Tyler in the front office is passive/aggressive and is dishonest. Horrible combination of character traits for anyone doing customer service. The only thing good about this place was the price, but it is not worth it. Boo... Bad form...

Esse hotel é incrível! Por isso não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei lá. Tivemos um imprevisto, meu esposo passou mal e eles foram super solícitos conosco. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com opções diferentes todos os dias. A limpeza é impecável, os ambientes pelo hotel possui cheirinhos que não esqueço, mesmo longe. E depois de um ano sem ir lá, os cheirinhos continuam o mesmo! As toalhas tinham cheiro de amaciante, simmm, amaciante, coisa que nunca senti em hotel nenhum. Funcionárioa super educados e solícitos, nós hóspedes nos sentimos em casa, em um lugar aconchegant. Vale mui tô a pena estar lá, eu até tenho medo de escolher outra opção (dentre tantas que possui em SP) e não ter a mesma experiência. Desde o checkin, ganhamos cortesia e essa já faz toda diferença, nossa experiência começa dali até o checkout. Muito obrigada a todos os funcionários por fazerem a diferença em nossa estadia. O trabalho de cada um ali acrescenta ainda mais na experiência dos hóspedes. Quase me esqueci de mencionar que o café da manhã fica ainda mais especial com a presença ilustre do morador do jardim: um passarinho hahaha ele adotou o lugar e fica indo lá durante o café <3
