Absolutely awful! Dirty, noisy, TV not working, staff not helpful with ordering a taxi to ferry terminal. Even Calais tourist office said not to stay in this accomodation. Overall the worst wannabe hotel I've ever stayed in.

Das gesamte Hotel ist heruntergekommen und wird anscheinend als Flüchtlingsunterkunft für die Weiterreise nach GB genutzt. Das Bad hatte keine Tür, der Waschtisch war kaputt, das WC hatte keine Klobrille, das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und bereits um 5 Uhr wurde man vom Lärm anderer "Bewohner" geweckt. Die Flure wurden anscheinend seit Wochen nicht gestaubsaugt, überall lagen Dreck und Krümel. Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer zum gleichen Preis gebucht, dennoch war ein Zimmer kein WC und es musste das allgemein zugängliche WC genutzt werden. Dieses war ständig völlig verdreckt und der Boden war nass. Expedia sollte überlegen, dieses Hotel aus dem Angebot zu nehmen, es ist nur eine schäbige Bleibe, kein Hotel!!!

A éviter !!! Pour avoir vu plusieurs chambres, celles ci sont affreuses... Une odeur est présente dans l'établissement, quant au service de nettoyage, on se demande avec quel moyen ils travaillent.

Rien de positif . C’est une honte de louer des chambres dans un état pareil. Chambres nettoyées à la vite fait , poubelle pas vidée , reste du savon usagé, salle de bain dans un placard . Moisissure partout , normal les fenêtres sont bonnes à changer et de plus pas de chauffage dans les chambres en plein mois de février . Du coup vous avez les odeurs d’humidité. Aucune norme de sécurité pas de détecteurs de fumée dans les chambres ni dans les couloirs. Cette établissement ne devrait même pas accueillir du public que se soit pour l’hygiène ou pour la sécurité de la clientèle et encore j’ai pas tout décris sur l’etat De propreté

Au moins on a dormi au chaud...

L'accueil a été bon et arrangeant. C'est l'état du couloir et de la chambre qui laisse à désirer. C'est aussi très mal voire pas du tout insonorisé. Et les toilettes sont repoussantes.

I booked this hotel Monday Sept 16 2019 afternoon and called to inform them of late arrival......I was told there was no booking in my name, even though my card was charged! I told them I had confirmation emails from hotels.com, I was still told there was no booking! I turned up to the hotel and it was closed! I contacted the hotel again the following day and still the same as previous! I contacted hotels.com and they've refused to refund me, it seems the hotel is protected once your money is taken and deny any booking was made!! Would not look at this hotel nevermind stay there, looks rough from outside and location is not safe!! I seen youths checking cars and trying to open them!!

Hôtel qui aurait besoin encore de beaucoup de rénovations fenêtre, serrure, sols, électricité..... Pour 1 ou 2 nuits le lit et les sanitaires sont corrects. Le Petit Déjeuner à 8€ ne se justifie pas (1 croissant, pain industriel, beurre salé, sachets de thé restreint, jus de fruit industriel... Chambre pas faite car il faut le demander. TV au mur trop basse pour une personne de 1,60m. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant.

alors tout d abord ont a payé 70.01 par Hotel.com alors que l hôtesse de l hôtel nous annonce que c est 57 e la chambre il y a un sacret écart comme même !! La chambre petite pour trois personnes et le lit pour un ado laisse tombée il c était les ressort par tout il na même pas pu dormir dedans .Quant a la salle de douche pourri a refaire le tuyau de douche percer et l ordeur bonjour. Des moisissures par tout. Donne pas envie de prendre une douche .:-(

Grande déception, refusez de loger dans l'annexe

Très déçue par ce séjour. Voyageant avec mes 2 filles j'avais réservé pour 3, à notre arrivée on nous a informé qu'une demande pour 2 uniquement avait été transmise par hotels.com et que la chambre prévue ne pouvait absolument pas convenir pour 3 mais que l'on pouvait nous loger dans une annexe. Sachant que Calais était très chargée pour le "pont de l'Ascension" (j'avais eu du mal à trouver cette chambre) et après un long voyage j'ai accepté. Ma déception a été grande : logement vétuste, limite insalubre : matelas tâchés et inconfortables, stores partiellement arrachés, trou dans la fenêtre des WC qui d'ailleurs ne possédait ni siège ni abattant, douche avec moisi, prises électriques en très mauvaise état (limite dangereuse)... ni multimédia ni TV ni wifi... La personne, à la réception, était sympathique mais cela ne suffit pas quand on réserve une chambre, un minimum de propreté de confort est essentielle. J'ai une réclamation en cours auprès d'hotels.com. Sinon il est bien situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de petits commerces et de sites à visiter sur Calais
