No towels, no hand soap, and our bathroom drain was clogged the whole time. Otherwise, it was a nice stay at a prime location.

Not all rooms have AC, you have to call to ask them for it. Otherwise it’s what you’d expect for the price. Cleaniness is decent

Extremely expansive in comparison to the quality of the room. Pictures of the rooms are beautiful and the reality is very very very different. Pictures are from the room on the 1st floor. If you have a room downstairs the room is tiny and very very dark. If you have the room on the 2nd floor, window is smaller and it’s not really bright. In all rooms, bathroom is ridiculously small with almost no space for your teeth brush… Desk in the room was almost broken, we didn’t want to put something on it fearing that it will fall apart… We were given the room downstairs, thank God that they accepted to give us a room on the 2nd floor. Anyway, too much expansive for what is offered.

The room is ridiculously small. Although my search parameters were clear on dates, the system reserved an extra day that I could not use but had to pay for. The location is good. While the room appeared to be clean, there was garbage left on the floor that was not caught by cleaning staff. Be very careful when booking. There is no front desk. It is more akin to a rented room than a hotel.

They were helpful with an issue I had, but overall my experience and stay at both properties left quite a bit to be desired. For the price, and if you just need a place to crash, this will do.

Great units, great value

Awesome stay at this loft. Great room for a solo traveller or couple and right in the core of Montreal. Plenty of food and nightlife in walking distance so that was a welcome bonus to my trip. Owners responded quickly and the units are even nicer than the pictures look, with a new and modern layout. Lots of amenities hidden well within the unit. This will be my go to place to stay now on trips to Montreal.

I liked the kitchenette in the room as it allowed me to prepare my own meals. And having a laundry room in the building was also important to me. A modern room with nice amenities and near to the old Latin quarter. Staff were helpful to my needs and I felt comfortable there.

Last minute booking and was quite happy considering some other review I saw of this place. Definitely a good spot and lots of nice spots to get food or drinks nearby. The price for what you get is a bit steep but I booked very last minute so
