Our experience with this property was deeply disappointing—not only was our refund request denied, but the response was laced with condescension and zero empathy. Instead of any effort to understand our situation, we were met with a lecture about fairness to them while completely dismissing fairness to the guest. Their message made it clear: they’d rather keep your money than show basic hospitality or decency.
We canceled with nearly a week’s notice—not a last-minute no-show—but were told it was “unlikely the room would rebook” and that it wouldn’t be “fair” to offer a refund. That level of rigidity, coupled with a passive-aggressive tone and a “we don’t care if you come back” attitude, says all you need to know.
If you value respectful communication, flexibility, or even the slightest customer care, stay anywhere else. This is not a place that values its guests—only your money.
