The location was great. Breakfast was fantastic. The stay was no frills, but an incredible value for a family with kids

Unhelpful that reception was closed on arrival with nobody to explain the key box method of opening the box, The initial email from the hotel had gone straight to junk and had not internet to open emails on arrival. Total nightmare, No tea making facilities in the room, not even drinking water.

The room was perfect for a few days in Berlin. Basic but very clean, the only thing that was misaing was a kettle in the room. The lift was a bonus. The staff were very firendly and would consider staying again if i'm ever in Berlin.

It is not a hotel. It is like an apartment. I had to stay there because I could not cancel it 6 days before my arrival. Their policy about cancellation 7 days before the arrival or you get 90 percent charged was unbelieveable. It is 20 mins far from the closest S-Bahn station. It takes about one hour for you to get to the main train station. The breakfast, their coffee, the room where the breakfast was served… nothing was Ok!

Simple et propre

Simple, basique, propre. Petite chambre (solo) Petit déjeuner complet. Pour un bref séjour ça convient

Upon arrival until the last day of our 5 day stay we were subjected to - unfriendly welcome - unfriendly service at breakfast - requests to pay for parking we did not use When checking in we said that we would pay for the full stay but not use our room on all nights and only need parking on the first night. During our stay we were afraid to go the small reception / breakfast room to avoid any altercations with the staff. The room was very clean but the lift was dirty and full of graffiti. However on the last day / breakfast one of the ladies actually did smile and was most friendly. We will not come back but hope the staff can learn to be at least a bit less unfriendly.

Hi, there is no do not disturb sign so every day the cleaner would knock very loudly and barge into the room. Also the owner demanded payment when I checked in the even though I booked online. Why do I have to pay twice? Also I checked in at 11:30 pm and the reception was closed even though they’re supposed to be open until midnight. What if I didn’t have a phone? I would have had to sleep outside

Katastrophales Hotel

Absolute Katastrophe..
