Mala experiencia

Mala, se supone que debería ser un hotel aislado de relajado, sin embargo se escucha gente caminando en la noche juntos a las tiendas y a pocos metros para un camino por donde transitan vehiculos, el servicio para llevar las maletas de la habitación al estacionamiento nunca llegó, tuvimos que cargar las maletas bajo el rayo del sol aproximadamente 300 mts, el gerente con poca actitud de servicio

The room wasn’t clean. The earplugs of the last customer were behind the bed. Also hair on the blankets (not in the sheets). We were there for 3 days but we did not see any housekeeping. The location was great, beautiful area. But I would go there anymore, it is way to expensive for what you get.

Hotel and yurt were very clean. Staff was lovely. Food was okay. I wish there had been loungers at the pools which are small but do the job. Overall a great place!

This stay was phenomenal! Right from check- in we were pleasantly welcomed and informed about everything the resort had to offer, which was a lot. Staff was super attentive and friendly our whole stay. The food options were delicious. My family would totally stay here again. Tent #40 has the absolute best view!

Really incredible, unique lodging experience. The highlights were the view, the pools including cold plunge, and the staff. I've never had such friendly helpful service at a "hotel". It felt almost more like summer camp, in a good way. My only note is that to enjoy the view, many of the tents get blazing evening sun on the deck. I found it better to enjoy the warming evenings at the lobby restaurant. Which is also lovely!

Relaxing and quiet

Great for relaxation. Always loved staying at unique places and this one will definitely be one of my favorites. Very quiet yet nice entertainment, yoga, beautiful surroundings.
