Came for a potential early check in around 10am or so, most hotels will allow this if rooms are available, the two girls working said "no" Guess all 88 rooms were booked during slow season. Ok, that is the rule, understand. We interrupted the girls from their phones a 2nd time to ask if we could leave our bags there. One left the room to go take selfies, the other fumbled away at something with our passport, then sat down to look at her phone again. After 5 min we asked " what is going on??" she said, oh sorry, and handed our passports back. TOTAL lack of customer service skills (and we have stayed at 15-20 different hotels in Phnom Penh over the years. Getting over the total lack of having a clue up front, the "3 person room" we booked had one double bed with 2 towels. Again, what the?? Take a shower, water all over the floor, and slippery. Who SHOULD possibly be interested in staying here? Long term guests who don't need to deal with the front desk, and are content with their rooms. Maybe single men who don't mind the rooms, has a workout facility, and good location for bar hoppers. Families? wouldn't recommend at all. Much better bargains around town than this place.
