Right on the side of the main road in a very beautiful property. Very helpful staff. The restaurant on site was also an added bonus. We had the best room in the house with the biggest balcony. Overall, it was just beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Open Gate Hotel! The property was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were exceptional. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made our experience even more special. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Praiano. Also, make sure to try the restaurant! The food was delicious and definitely worth it! We would happily stay here again.

The staff makes this place! Lovely people. We ate at the Restaraunt twice, it’s right by the bus stop and we loved our patio off our room! Highly recommend.

The staff was really nice, and this was a good, quieter option to stay at compared to Positano. They have a great breakfast. There aren't a lot of restaurant options in the area though, so be prepared to walk about 20 mins to the closest neighborhood with restaurants, take the shuttle or the sita bus.

We absolutely loved this property. It was a perfect location with bus stop out front of the hotel. (2 euro to get to Positano, last bus leaves at 11:50 to get back to the hotel) the room was spacious, has a mini fridge. Amazing breakfast included. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were quick to respond on WhatsApp. The view from the balcony is incredible. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Open Gate provides tremendous value for money. Located along the road in Praiano, its rooms and restaurant have a gorgeous view of the Amalfi coast. The staff could not have been nicer, and were extremely helpful in assisting us with a last-minute booking for a coastal cruise. We found Praiano much less crowded - and much more enjoyable - than Positano and Amalfi; both are easily accessible by water taxi or public bus. But Praiano has its own charm and excellent restaurants, including Open Gate’s.

Parking is right off the main rd and easy to enter. Sad we only scheduled enough time for 1 night. We plan on returning in the future.
