excellent hotel overall, we were very well received, the rooms are rather clean, the staff at our service. the heated swimming pool on the roof of the hotel is very good but without an on-site bar. the restaurant on the other hand is minimalist. access to a gym also

Room is big , AC is very cool which is good . Furniture is old , breakfast is okay for a 3 stars hotel but the worst will be the stuff . Very unprofessional, lacking politeness. Overall experience i wont be choosing it again .

The address listed on the property takes one a wrong place. It took my can driver 30-40 mins just to find the place. Google map search for the hotel also leads to a wrong location. I found the staff friendly. Some fixtures in my bathroom were old and cracked. The place was ok for an overnight layover.

Safes are not bolted down so no point in using them. We had to ask 5 times for them to come and fix the complete lack of hot water in our room. They never came to clean the room even though we asked them to. Don't stay here.

The floor did not have a carpet there was no hot water and by the time we entered the room the floor was still wet and some would easily slip and get hurt

- There is no "Do not disturb" tag. So every day they should knock on your door (and maybe open it) for cleaning. - There are no carpets. - View from the window was blocked by another building. - Wifi network is open, so you can control other rooms' TV using your mobile (which is totally strange). - Regardless of all of this, the overall stay was good.

First of all, the mattress was extremely hard—I’ve never slept on anything so uncomfortable. The two twin beds had no mattress protectors, so when my kids moved around, their skin came into direct contact with the bare mattress, which was concerning given how many people have likely slept on them. The kitchen vent was disgustingly dirty, the walls had visible stains, and the microwave was filthy—it even started smoking when I tried to use it. There was also a loud, persistent noise throughout our stay. I tried turning off the fan to isolate it, but that made no difference. Lastly, housekeeping did a general cleaning but left dirty dishes in the sink, which was disappointing.
