We had a mostly terrible experience during our stay. At check in we were told our room would be ready in five minutes and that the staff was just double checking it was ready. At that point, I let the staff know that I had a fine dining reservation in an hour, and I asked if that was truly the case because of my time constraint and they assured me it we be five minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the staff if our room was ready and then they proceeded to tell me the same exact story that it'd be ready in 5 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes, our room was ready. During our waiting time the staff insisted that we let them take the our luggage so they could place it in the room for us so that as soon as it was ready the luggage would be there. When we got to the room our luggage was not there after numerous staff members told me it was already there. We we're already late to dinner and we didn't have our luggage to get ready. Once our luggage arrived we realized there was no iron in the room, which I had to go downstairs to get because at this hotel, they don't answer calls from the suites. I only was able to get room service to pick up once during my stay. I even had to go downstairs to order room service on my last morning. Also, while I was in search of an iron the cleaning crew entered the room unannounced while my girlfriend was getting ready which is totally unacceptable. In addition to many more issues I had with service, the staff does not seem genuine.
