This is a good hotel for the price. The Metro #3 is literally next to the front door. There is a new modern grocery across street and plenty of cafes nearby. The room was larger than other Paris hotels that are twice the price. The bathroom is also large with a has a tub shower. If you are from the US, this is similar to a Motel 6. Clean, not perfect, no frills, but also not crowded. Staff are friendly and always available. If you can manage those expectations this is a good value as it is 1/3 the price of most Paris hotels.

This property was great for the price. The staff and cleanliness of the place was great. Granted the rooms are small and some of the room features (e.g. shower, windows, heater) are old, but overall it's a great place for the price. My only complain is to be careful when staying in Room 1. The head of the bed is right against the wall shared with the staff office and it can get a bit noisy. Although it only happened 1 out of the 5 nights we stayed, I was woken up and kept up by the overnight staff talking on their phone from ~12-1:30am. Additionally, the opening/closing of the staff door around ~7am can be loud enough to wake you up if you're a light sleeper or late riser. Otherwise, it's a great property with great proximity to the metro steps (literally right outside the door). Grocery stores 1min away, and there's an amazing pub and boulangerie right across the road. Overall, pleasant experience.

Hotel simples mas bom, atendimento cordial. Cama, edredom e travesseiros muito bons, limpos e confortáveis. Cumpre o que promete, como um banho quente com chuveiro bom e cama macia para descansar. Deixam tudo arrumadinho todos os dias (colocamos a plaquinha verde na porta ao sair) e tem como cortesia no quarto, ingredientes e utensílios para tomar café ou chá. Um dos pontos fortes é que a entrada para o metrô é literalmente na calçada do hotel, ao lado da porta, o que facilita muito poder voltar tranquilo sem nenhuma caminhada pra chegar nele, após um dia cansativo. Tem secador, espelho pequeno e grande, sabonete, shampoo, toalhas. Únicas ressalvas para o vidro do box que é só uma folha ao lado da banheira e que se não tomarmos muito cuidado, molhamos o banheiro todo, deixam apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico no uso e o vaso sanitário poderia ser mais limpo dentro, pois tinha manchas que saem facilmente com algum produto bom. Custo benefício ok por ser Paris. Obrigada pela estadia!

Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Emplacement idéal au pied du métro. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct pour le prix (places limitées pour le nombre de chambres) Le seul bémol serait le bruit à toute heure. La chambre 1 au RDC avec le bruit du métro qui résonne toutes les 2mn, le bruit des passages à la réception ouverte H24 et qui est collée à la chambre, le bruit de l'ascenseur qui grince et de la rue en général peut-être agaçant pour certain. Le rdc est à éviter si vous êtes sensible aux bruits. Pour les autres je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter

Vu le prix de la chambre il ne faut pas s'attendre a du grand standing. L'hôtel fait le job, la literie est bonne on dors bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour les transports en communs et a proximité beaucoup de magasins, resto, cafés, boulangerie. L'hôtel devrait faire un axe d'effort sur l'accueil des clients, il n'est pas mauvais mais pourrais être mieux. Et sur le propreté du gros mobiliers des placards.
