As expected for a Saturday night (was a stopover) it was the last room below €200/night aside hostels in Venice. Tiny room that smelled of humidity with a non working reverse aircon, so cold and very uncomfortable room more alike a jail cell 😂

1 - O Hotel fica em ótima localização, contudo está muito velho, precisando de uma reforma. 2 - funcionário muito educados e simpáticos. Excelente equipe de funcionários. 3 - quarto muito bem limpo e não tinha cheiro de mofo, contudo as paredes revestidas de tecido esta muito antiga e encardida, para quem tem alergia na é viável ficar nessa estadia. 4 - café da manhã bem simples, mas satisfatório. 5 - ficamos no quarto andar, não possui elevador e tivemos que subir com três malas pesadas. 6 - O hotel tem tudo para ser um dos melhores, pois é bonito e dar uma áurea gostosa que remonta aos anos dourados, entretanto precisa ser renovado, pois tudo está muito velho e encardido. 7 - o restaurante do café da manhã é um espaço lindo… muito bonito e bem decorado . Em fim, precisa de uma reforma, mas deve manter o estilo antigo dos anos dourados.

We arrived late at night and there was someone on reception so getting in was quick, checking in was easy and quick and we got to our room. We stayed in a family room and it was clean and tidy. Full size bathroom with towels and shower and hand wash. It’s what I would say a traditional Venetian hotel with marble steps and panelled walls. In the morning you can hear preparations for breakfast but it doesn’t last too long. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring. We would stay again.

nous avons trouvé l'hôtel charmant et cosi. La chambre n'était ni trop petite ni trop garde, juste ce qu'il faut pour un couple pour quelques jours. La chambre était propre. Le personnel agréable, à l'écoute. J'ai eu un souci avec mon manteau et ils m'ont dépanné avec du fil et une aiguille sans problème. La dame du service du petit déj' était très agréable et à notre service. Petit plus juste pour dire...il nous a manqué le grill pain pour nos tartines. La situation géographique parfaite. Merci à tous le personnel

Chambre tres petite située dans un immeuble, casa Tellier, à une ruelle de l'hôtel . 3 etages d'escalier ! Tres calme. Tres propre. Quaint little alley hotel close to food , boats and sites. Only downside is the 2 very steep staircases you have to climb after a long day of walking. Not very mobility issue friendly. If you have back issues etc pass. Decorated lovely, comfotable. The ahower situation is weird and left the floor flooded but the bath tub is wondrful for soaking. Quiet and safe area.

Las instalaciones son viejas y se entiende pero el colchón es viejo y lleno de hoyos, el wc estaba flojo y se puede uno lastimar… la verdad la ubicación está muy bien porque es céntrico y el personal amable pero una pena que las instalaciones sobre todo el colchón esté tan viejo y también la ropa de cama está tan vieja que parece que estuviera uno en un hostal… lo siento pero cobran bien las habitaciones para no poner atención en cambiar por colchas de mejor calidad y que las camas sean nuevas… tuve que pedir cambio de habitación y me cambiaron por otro aún más pequeño estuvo muy mal no descansé correctamente sin elevador y escaleras muy peligrosas es una pena

The reception area was lovely. The problem was that the room was not in that building, but it is building around the corner. Walked up four flights of stairs, practically in the dark. Room was tiny. Would not go back. The only good thing was the location And proximity to Saint Mark Square.
