Godt hotel

God service, hurtig checkin. Venligt personale og hjælpsomme. Super morgenmad med stort udvalg. Dog blev der ret tidligt ikke længere fyldt op med almindeligt brød (men ok med de runde boller) og heller ikke med vandmelon/frugt. Parkering er som alle steder I Italien, en lille plads hvor det er svært at manøvrere. Vores værelse lå ud mod vejen, men vi gøre inden støj

Bom, quando reservamos o hotel dizia que tinha ar condicionado, mas a funcionaria disse que o mesmo só funcionava em julho. Conversamos com o chat do Hoteis.com e fomos muito bem atendidos, na manhã do dia seguinte falamos com outra funcionaria e ela disse que era norma do hotel não fornecer o controle do ar, mas falou com o gerente e o controle apareceu no quarto. Nos pediu um deposito para a chave do cofre até ai ok, mas disse que era para garantir não ter que vir buscar no Brasil.

2 nights in Riva del Garda

No problem with the hotel, first thoughts are the staff and they were brilliant very polite friendly and helpful could not fault them. The rooms are basic but warm and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and of a good standard and once again the staff were excellent. Parking was on site and even with a coach I could park next door easily for free. I would return for a few nights without question.

Siamo arrivati al Bristol e da subito ci siamo resi conto che il parcheggio era per poche macchine, all'entrata ci hanno accolto molto bene e tutto il personale è risultato essere molto cortese e disponibile. La stanza era palesemente vecchia,la moquet sporca e le dimensioni della stessa la rendevano inospitale. Priva di Balcone e vista su scala d'emergenza. Il bagno era pulito ma il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto ci venissero cambiata la biancheria del bagno ma ci siamo ritrovati li stessi che avevamo lascito sul pavimento...in somma lo sconsiglio fortemente per lo meno fino a quando non verrà ristrutturato.peccato perchè la posizione è buona e poco distante dal centro.nulla da dire su tutto il personale molto gentili e cortesi.

O hotel é bom, porém meio distante do Lago. Tb não se encontra muitas opções de serviços ao redor como restaurantes, cafés e supermercados. O banheiro é espaçoso mas o espaço para banho é muito reduzido.

Tutto Ok, peccato il parcheggio

Abbiamo soggiornato, in questo hotel nella settimana precedente ferragosto, camera accogliente e spaziosa grazie anche alla parete finestra e annesso terrazzo, arredamento un po' datato ma adeguato, un frigobar sarebbe stato gradito. Pulito e biancheria sempre in ordine. Colazione più che adeguata, personale sempre cortese, piscina pulita e ben curata. Unico neo pochi posti auto nel parcheggio quindi chi la sera esce a cena o sta in giro tutto il giorno al suo ritorno è costretto a parcheggiare all'esterno nel parcheggio del vicino supermercato.

A 10 min a piedi dal centro di Riva. Nelle vicinanze di un supermercato Lidl. Spaziosa la piscina e il parcheggio. Colazione internazionale e Brioche buonissime. Stanza ok.

En grei opplevelse uten den store luksusfølelsen

Vi bodde 4 netter på Hotel Bristol mens vi var i Riva. Vi brukte dette hotellet kun til soving. Hadde vi skulle slappet mer av på hotellet ville vi nok kanskje valgt et annet sted. Uteområdet med bassenget såg bra ut, men det benyttet vi oss ikke av. Frokosten var helt grei, men pluss for at de hadde grovbrød :) Vi fikk først et rom der airconditionen bråkte så mye at vi ikke fikk sove. Men vi fikk bytte til et rom der alt fungerte og de lovte å reparere den som var ødelagt. Så servicen er det ikke noe å si på. Alt i alt en grei opplevelse uten den store luksusfølelsen.

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wer auf das Frühstück großen Wert legt, sollte sich lieber ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das Angebot war sehr übersichtlich und qualitativ eher Unterkante(Kaffee, Wurst, Brotaufstrich) Knappe Parkplatzsituation. Großer, sauberer Pool.

Super hyggelig ophold, man føler sig velkommen fra første øjeblik, personale altid meget venlig og hjælpsom. ++ er deres swimmingpool.Skal vi til garda igen kommer vi sikkert igen.
