We got a free upgrade from the premium suite to the Presidential suite ... The staff were all so helpful and truly Amazing ... The hotel had such a historic relaxing feeling with all of the traditional Thai antiques in the room , lobby and commom area ... big bathtub and comfortable bed ... Instant hot water when needed ...
