Pictures tell more than words ever could!
Lobby is relocated due to heavy construction work, sound of the machinery is very present @ breakfast. WiFi working 50% while there. But this is only the minor stuff, no need for a feedback.
No need to respond „value your feedback, take seriously, happy to host you again“. Definitely NOT coming back. And as there are former reports about cleanness shows you are not taking feedback serious. Because of the bad reports I booked only night. Sometimes other guest over-react and it’s good to get your very own impression. They where all right!! Glad I didn’t do a booking for a longer stay. After Check-In bringing attention to this awful state of the room, no other was offered, they cleaned all the mention spots. Spots not pointed out, remained in their awful state. No apologies, nothing… As it is a humid area, some smell of mold is quite common, here it is more than that. „A/C! Will get better soon!“ This was nothing A/C related.
Floating plastic in the pool (windy and of course a checking of the pool is not possible 24/7) completed my miserable stay.
