I’ve been a platinum member of hotels.com and have never written a review, so to say, this is my first time to write a review BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS REMARKABLY AMAZING. It exceeds my expectations.
2 things for improvement:
-security persons assisting the passengers were not helpful to guests in exploring the properties. It is a big property w/ 6 different location of pools&amenities. I am on vacation and don’t have the luxury of time to read each location details. They usually asked, where to? I said, I want to explore the other location of the property, etc… He replied with a stern look “ it’s only point to point drop off!” Obviously, it’ll help me if he gives a one or 2 descriptions of the other locations rather than just limited response like a robot!
- hotel staff should quickly mentioned during check in common mistakes like “OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED” I am not one who wants to disobey rules, but gladly , they believed that I do not know and consider it at that time.
- breakfast menu could be improved.
This is a very ideal hotel property, solo traveller, family trip , couple’s trip, friends trip, etc. Each location have unique designs and atmosphere to enjoy with.
The hotel staff JUST NEED TO IMPROVE PN ADVERTISING THEIR AMENITIES OTHER THAN SCANNING THE CODE FOR THE GUEST TO READ!
-The schedule of activities should be posted at the lobby or by check in counters for quick dissemination!
-the amenities feels like a “treasure hunt” experience!
