This hotel is beautiful and located in an amazing spot next to the spectacular Devils Bridge Waterfalls. The hotel/ rooms are decorated to a very high standard and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our evening meal at the hotel was very good and would suggest adding breakfast to your stay too. The staff were great as well! The nearest car park is short distance up the hill (free parking). If you have luggage, park up directly opposite next to the outdoor dining area. I would highly recommended this hotel.

The Hafod Hotel at Devil’s Bridge is a stunning building with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant has a great variety of dishes and the place has a wonderful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be retiring next year !

Amazing location, friendly staff, and you get to sleep with the sound of waterfalls! The restaurant and food are great, and there is fast WiFi if you need to get some work done like us.

I was happy with my stay on the 8th August until I received a message today accusing me of having an outstanding bill! I’ve checked my account and this is not the case - we didn’t have a tab and paid our bill before leaving the restaurant.

A very nice hotel with lots of character and quirky features. It is ideally located next to the gorge walk and has a few tables outside on the pavement to make the most of the views. We had a room at the top of the hotel with a comfy large bed and lovely bathroom. The staff are young and enthusiastic but lack leadership as witnessed in the dining room. They were disorganised and seemed rather lost. The food at dinner was fairly average but perfectly acceptable.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. My partner and I stayed for our birthday (yes we have the same birthday!) and they decorated the room and left us a few freebies. Extremely kind of them!
