We really enjoyed our stay at The Cimon. The property itself is lovely and has a really nice, relaxed feel to it. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well looked after. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor pool, which was a great bonus. Julia and Jamie were so lovely, chatty and helpful, and gave us loads of useful information about the area. They made us feel really welcome and were always happy to help. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Cimon recently. Julia and Jamie were great hosts and made me feel very welcome! The breakfast was lovely, coffee bags in the rooms are a nice touch and free parking too! A short walk down the hill to the seafront and the “English Riviera” with some great food options for dinner! Don’t forget you have to walk back up the hill after!!! Thanks again and I hope to see be able to stay again next year (this time with the family).

Excellent location, waking distance to the main parts like, town, marina, and beach front, free parking loads of spaces, great breakfast, great pool. Spacious, clean and modern room. The host offers lots of useful advice about the area and overall we received a very friendly immaculate service from this hotel.

We have stayed at quite a few b&b's in Torquay but we think that this one is possibly the best we've stayed at there was nothing negative with the property every thing was perfect every little detail was covered would recommend it try it you Will love it just as much as we did

We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. The pool was a real gem. Also plenty of parking spaces which seems to be a premium in Torquay. Altogether a friendly and welcoming holiday property

The owners were so lovely took time to come and speak with us, interested in what we had planned. Our room and the hotel were very clean. Nice to have the outdoor pool, with pool towels, attention to detail was the best. Pre ordered breakfast meant it was quick and hot. Would totally recommend this hotel x

Fabulous little hotel within perfect walking distance to the harbour/marina. Fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. Great breakfast in the morning, the local bacon and sausages were DELICIOUS!! Spacious free car park too. Really pleased we found this place, believe all the reviews! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Torquay ❤️

What a fantastic hotel , we stayed in the room with a balcony with a brilliant view. This hotel comes with an outside heated swimming pool towels provide and planty of outside sitting to enjoy the sun . free parking , a slow 10 minute stroll to the sea front Breakfast was very nice and the hosts was very friendly and welcoming .would definitely recommend this beautiful place

Julia & Jamie were the perfect hosts. Friendly & helpful. The accommodation is really clean and well maintained. Cooked breakfast was always nice and hot with a plentiful supply of fruit, pastries and cereals available. The pool/patio area looks a lovely place to relax and the pool looks really inviting. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Loved our 2 night stay at Cimon. Fantastic owners Julia and Jamie. So friendly and accommodating.Room was lovely, comfortable bed and very clean. We had a sea view which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. Plenty of parking on site. The pool was an extra touch as it was so hot when we went. 5 minutes walk to the seafront and shops so perfect location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. We would with no doubt use The Cimon again.

Superb hosts and lovely property located ten minutes' walk up a hill from the main beach in Torquay. Two upstairs rear bedrooms have a sea view, and the interior is wonderfully in keeping with the Victorian building. Double-glazed windows and own pool a bonus. Made to feel extremely welcome and would have no hesitation in returning.

My little boy (7) and I have just come back from a wonderful half term week at The Cimon & I could not recommend it enough. A quick stroll to the beach, offering plenty of eateries, with options for all. The pool was an absolute god send as the weather was just perfect. Julia & Jamie were so lovely & helpful offering lots of ideas in and around Torquay. We will definitely return.

Nice clean swimming pool 1.4m deep, heated to 28/29°C. Nicely cooked breakfast with a selection of cereals, fruit and croissants. The hotel is at the top of a hill which is a bit of a pain if on foot with mobility issues but fortunately the number 12 bus stops not too far away at the Central Church allowing a short walk back on more level ground. The compact room is big enough for 2 with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The seagul dawn chorus reminds you that you are at the seaside but that is the same wherever you are in Torquay. There is plenty of choice nearby for places to eat and drink from fish and chips through Italian and tapas. Overall a pleasurable stay.
