Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cherokee / Casino, an IHG Hotel

Amazing, clean

Not so good. The room itself was fun, no issues there. But being that close to the casino, people came in very late and intoxicated in the walls are way too thin. I was all weekend at 3 AM on Friday night with people shouting and cussing in the hallways. This lasted at least a half an hour. On Saturday night I was awake and at 5 AM from the room next-door. Very loud could hear every word they were saying. I tried to call the front desk several times before I got a hold of someone. The lady came up and told him to keep it quiet and that lasted all of 15 minutes. Very disappointing.

Awesome service at the front. Rooms were nice. Will be back ;)

The stay was nice. We were close by the casino and could drive down the street to visit shops for souvenirs. The need to get new mattresses for the beds.

Friendly front desk, room spacious. Tv was small , bed was comfortable but I had this sick feeling like the whole bed had not been changed from last guest. It didn’t look it because

The hotel was clean and staff friendly but my goodness no sleep at all. The walls must be paper thin... you can hear everything. People talking in the room beside you. People above you walking. I have never stayed at a hotel where you hear all of this . A door here or there or an occasional person going down the hall, but this was horrible. I feel wore out and can’t wait to get home to rest.

This holiday inn express is in a bad need of remodeling and not very good condition I have stayed in motel 6 that were much better

Everything about this hotel was just okay. The floor in the room was dirty, especially the bathroom floor.

It’s was a clean and comfy stay

There was a $100 charge that they added to your bill and said it would be removed when you checked out. Well I currently have two pending charges for my hotel stay.
